7 Days to Reset Your Mental Battery

 

We all know the feeling of running on 1%. Recharge Week uses the metaphor of a phone battery to help students manage their energy levels and prevent burnout. Over seven days, participants are guided through daily “charging habits,” ranging from “Sleep Mode” and “Airplane Mode” (disconnecting) to “Fast Charge” (intentional rest) and “Battery Saver” (sustainable routines). This simple, visual approach helps students recognize when they’re drained and learn exactly how to plug back in and recharge.

Mind Gym

21 Days to Build Your Mental Muscles

 

Just like physical fitness, mental resilience requires training. Our Mind Gym campaign is a structured three-week program designed to strengthen your psychological protective factors.

 

Week 1: Strength — Building coping skills, emotional regulation, and boundaries
Week 2: Flexibility — Cultivating adaptability and a growth mindset
Week 3: Endurance — Establishing consistency, gratitude, and purposeful routines
